Our Policy is simple and summarized in a few line below:
Ordered products will be processed & dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment receipt. In most cases it will be shipped same business day as order receipt.

We will ship within India. If you have an order and want shipping outside India, please drop an email to help@swadeshiupchar.in

Orders shipping from outside India will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to deliver within India (including Customs clearance time).
Shop.swadeshiupchar.in is a marketplace for BRANDS / MANUFACTURERS to reach customers directly. Since there is no middleman you can get the best price and free shipping in most cases.

Some of the manufacturers charge a shipping fee for their products due to weight / liquid handling etc. You will see the total shipping and handling fee on the CHECKOUT page.

Depending on the brands in your order, the products may be shipped from multiple locations and a single order could arrive in multiple packages. We will send you tracking details for all packages in your order.

Delivery can take from 2-8 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) depending on your location. However, most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days nationally and typically 3 days for the metros.

We use Fedex, DTDC, Professional, India Post, BlueDart, Delhivery etc for shipping. Sometimes delays happen in delivery due to the couriers. In such cases we follow up with them and ensure delivery.

Products that offer COD (Cash on Delivery) service have an attribute “COD: Yes” on the product details page. There may be a separate fee for COD which can be seen on CHECKOUT page. Not all products offer COD and not all shipping locations will be covered by COD.
